Transaction processing times are estimates and may vary due to market conditions, third-party delays, or compliance checks.
All fees and exchange rates will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
Rates are subject to market fluctuations until the transaction is locked in.
You agree that once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
All content and services provided by CashKings.Exchange are for transactional purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and transaction details, except as required by law or agreed upon by the client.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
